Binding body parts together – The simplest
Tie wrists together with a scarf, or ankles together. Could be front or behind the back. There’s also elbow binding (more advanced, pulling elbows closer together behind the back – intense stretch, only for flexible folks). Hogtie is classic: wrists and ankles bound together behind the back (very immobilizing). Start simple (like just wrists) and never tie so tight it causes numbness or loss of circulation. Check hands/feet color and temp regularly.
