Self-bondage

One partner (or a person solo) ties themselves up. In a couple, a submissive might present themselves already bound when the dom arrives (very vulnerable and trusting). Some do self-tie and have the thrill of no escape until the partner “rescues” or ravishes them. Timing and safety precautions (like emergency scissors reachable) are a must if attempting alone. Often people use ice locks or timers to ensure they can get free eventually. It’s a whole sub-kink where the danger of being stuck heightens excitement. But never do self-bondage without a backup plan or someone who will check on you, as it’s risky.
