Shared anchors (digital)

Use a collaborative tool like a shared note or a private Pinterest board to collect sexy ideas or plans. For instance, both add a few bullet points to a shared doc throughout the week of things you want to try on Friday night. Or share a specific playlist online that you both listen to during the day thinking of each other. A synced calendar entry named something coy can also be a mental anchor (each see “Tonight: Sensory Lab Session” on their phone schedule).
